Berwyn, PA, February 12, 2007 – JetDirect Aviation Holdings, LLC, a national private jet services firm, has announced the acquisition of Presidential Aviation, a leading aircraft management, charter, and maintenance company with operations in Fort Lauderdale, New York, and Los Angeles.

In addition to Presidential’s base operation at Florida Executive Airport in Ft. Lauderdale, JetDirect’s primary operations are located at Republic Airport in Farmingdale, NY; Chester County Airport near Philadelphia; Love Field in Dallas, TX; Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, MO; and at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles, CA. Nigel England, formerly Director of Operations of Presidential Aviation, will assume responsibility for JetDirect’s Southeast Region.
